• Design & Planning – We can create tailor made plans detailing lighting layouts, power distribution and data layouts.
• Power Installation – From a single socket to total power solutions for entire buildings including backup generation and UPS systems.
• Lighting – Our experience allows us to advice on all aspects of lighting. We take great care in developing the finest systems that suit and which achieve an exciting and ideal working environment.
• BMS/HVAC – We install motive power, control and communications cabling associated with the HVAC industry.
• Data & Voice Installations – We deploy specialist teams to undertake a wide variety of data and telecommunications installations, field wiring, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and fibre optics.
• Fire Alarms – From a standalone system to a multi loop / multi addressable system linked to a monitoring station, we work with specialist service partners to ensure the most appropriate system is installed to meet our clients’ brief.
• CCTV / Access Control – From multi door access to a network of cameras monitored locally or remotely.
• Maintenance – Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) including emergency lighting tests, periodic inspections, PAT and reactive call out.
