This service is outsourced wholly to carefully sourced industry experts that we target to match our clients’ unique requirements as the overall requirements of the catering facilities for a large corporate building will differ considerably to that of a museum or visitor attraction and as such will require a specific style of caterer and a different contractual approach.
We take into account the vision our client has for the service offering, which includes considerations for food and beverage mix, price points, style of service and costs.
We ensure that all of our catering service partners provide food that is healthy and delicious, sourced fresh and climate controlled throughout the storage and delivery process. They must have the capability to offer menus that feature American, Asian, British and European dishes in addition to ethnic menus catering to the tastes of diverse nationalities. Where appropriate to our client base, monthly menu cycles are adapted to seasonal changes and also incorporate special dishes for National Days of Importance.
